During my business trip to Rome I went, with my agent Nino and Zeno, to eat at the trattoria 'Tram Tram. I ate pasta Gricia with mezze maniche. The pasta is the white variant of the matriciana. Very good although a bit too much pepper.

Roma Pasta alla Gricia
Nel mio viaggio di lavoro a Roma sono andato con il mio agente Nino e Zeno a mangiare alla trattoria 'Tram Tram'. Ho mangiato la pasta alla Gricia con mezze maniche. La pasta è la variante bianca della matriciana. Molto buona anche se un pò troppo pepe.
